I’m Haoya, an indie developer. I built 4todo because I struggled with managing tasks — not because there were too many, but because they were unordered and unclear.

I’ve tried dozens of productivity apps, but most were too heavy, too complicated, or too distracting. I wanted something simple, quiet, and structured.

So I built 4todo around the Eisenhower Matrix — a system that helped me focus on the right tasks, not just the urgent ones.

I’ve been using 4todo every day for almost a year. It changed my workflow, improved my focus, and reduced so much decision fatigue.

Today, I’m excited to finally share it with the world. I hope 4todo helps you find clarity and stay focused every day.
