Policy Confirm helps HR, operations, IT and compliance teams distribute policies, collect acknowledgements and follow up without chasing people manually. Use it for employee onboarding, policy changes, recurring reviews or confirmations across departments and locations.
Create policies in the built-in editor, upload files or link to existing documents in SharePoint or your intranet. Organize policies by category and use approval flows. Target recipients through your own groups, send immediately or schedule recurring cycles, and include new employees automatically. Microsoft Entra ID sync reduces manual recipient maintenance.
See confirmed, pending and overdue statuses in one place. Automated reminders and delegated follow-up help keep work moving. Employees can find their policies and confirmation history in a portal with your logo and brand colours. Microsoft sign-in, policy questions and electronic signatures are available.
Each acknowledgement records the policy version and date. Export PDF or CSV/Excel records for everyday oversight, customer requests and audits such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Choose EU or US hosting.
Learning is an optional add-on with short interactive awareness courses covering information security, privacy, safe AI use and professional conduct. Employees complete training alongside their policy confirmations.
Policy Intelligence is an optional AI assistant that answers questions from your selected policies. It is available to employees in the policy portal, with references to the relevant policy, version and page.
Pricing in USD, billed yearly: Free for up to 10 recipients. Standard is $49/month equivalent for up to 75 recipients ($588/year), $79 for up to 250 ($948/year), or $139 for up to 1,000 ($1,668/year). Learning adds $29/$59/$99 per month equivalent for those tiers. Policy Intelligence adds $99/$149/$199 per month equivalent. Add-ons are additional to Standard. Custom pricing is available for larger requirements.
