About
Afterly is a private digital timeline designed for families. Parents create a Story for each child and begin capturing moments as they happen — short notes, photos, videos, and voice recordings that would otherwise be lost to time.
The product is intentionally simple. Open the app, add a memory, save it. Over months and years, these small entries accumulate into something much bigger: a structured, chronological record of childhood seen through a parent’s eyes.
Each child has their own private timeline. Parents can build one Story or multiple. There are no followers, no feeds, and no public sharing. Afterly is not social media and not cloud storage. It is a long-term space built specifically for meaning.
Parents choose a future Gift Day — such as an 18th birthday or graduation — when the entire Story unlocks at once. On that day, ownership transfers, and the child receives a complete timeline of memories, reflections, and voice recordings that capture how they were seen and loved throughout their early years.
Afterly exists to preserve what usually disappears: not just the photos, but the thoughts behind them.
