I built this because I kept failing at habit tracking — not due to lack of motivation, but because of friction. Every app required unlocking my phone, opening it, finding the habit, and logging it. Small steps, repeated daily, slowly killed consistency.
So I asked myself: what if logging a habit required less effort than checking social media?
Instead of building another app, I used Apple Shortcuts to turn habit tracking into a system-level action. Now I simply double tap the back of my iPhone or press the Action Button, and it logs instantly. No app to open. No interface to manage.
The second problem I wanted to solve was visibility. Most habit apps hide your progress behind dashboards. I wanted progress to be unavoidable. So the lock screen automatically updates into a yearly calendar, visually filling up as days pass. Every time I pick up my phone, I see proof that I showed up.
Would love your feedback and thoughts. What habit would you use this for?
