EditlyCMS is a flat-file CMS for developers who build sites in HTML and want to hand them off to clients without teaching them to code. Drop the cms/ folder into any HTML project, mark editable elements with a class and an ID, and your client gets a clean floating toolbar to edit text and swap images directly in the browser. No database to configure, no framework to learn, no hosting requirements beyond PHP 7.4. Changes save as drafts, publishing creates automatic backups, and the whole thing runs on a single SQLite file.
