You connect your ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini account and get real back-and-forth conversations with an AI tutor instead. Lessons adapt to your level, your interests, and the topics you actually want to talk about.
Because you're paying the AI service directly, the cost works out to pennies per lesson. Heavy daily use stays well under a dollar a month. Google Gemini is free to start.
Tavi adds the lesson structure that ChatGPT and Claude don't have on their own. A placement test finds your CEFR level. Daily themes rotate so you don't repeat the same vocabulary. You can snap a photo of a menu or sign and get a lesson built around it. Currently 10 languages: Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Hindi.
