About

GhostCode: Hidden in plain sight.

GhostCode hides a real encrypted message inside an ordinary photo. Pick any picture, type your message (up to 4,000 characters, so a whole letter fits, not just a line), and an on-device AI model bonds the encrypted text to the image. What you get back looks like a completely normal JPEG. Send it in a group chat, a DM, or post it to your story. Everyone else just sees a photo. Only the people who have your Key can read what's inside.

Most hidden-message apps fall apart the moment you actually share the photo, because chat and social apps re-compress every image you send. GhostCode is built to survive that. The photo gets squeezed like any other, and the message still opens in the app with the right Key.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• PIXEL GHOSTING. Hide an encrypted message inside any photo, up to 4,000 characters. It looks identical to the naked eye. No lock icon, no badge, nothing to scan.

• SURVIVES SHARING. Send it through any channel you want. The photo gets re-compressed like normal, and the secret still opens with the Key.

• FAILSAFE. Two keys, two truths. Hand over a decoy Key under pressure and it reveals a harmless message. The real one stays buried under a different Key.

• SELF-DESTRUCT. Set an expiry. Once it passes, the message can't be revealed again, even from a saved copy of the photo.

• DECOY LINK (QR MODE). Prefer a code? GhostCode also packs your secret into a QR. One QR, two destinations: a public link for everyone, the real one for people who have the Key.

BUILT FOR COMMUNITIES

Event invites with a hidden layer. Members-only drops for fans. A secret setlist on the merch table. Scavenger-hunt clues for your crew. One public thing everyone can see, with a private layer for the people who have the Key.

No account, ever. Your Key and your readable message never leave your phone. AES-256 encryption.

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
