Reflectify is a mobile productivity app designed around the way ADHD brains actually work. Instead of forcing you into rigid lists or punishing you for missed days, Reflectify follows a natural flow: dump → prioritize → focus → celebrate → reflect. Its core philosophy is minimal friction (every primary action is no more than two taps), no guilt or shame, and supportive AI that acts as an extension of your executive function rather than a replacement. When attention floods or energy dips, you don’t need to push through; Reflectify always offers an escape hatch and grounding tools so you can reset and return when ready.

Why it’s different

Brain dump first, organize later. Start with an uncensored brain dump—just type everything out. The dump screen feels like a safe container, not a to‑do manager, so you can empty your mind without sorting or tagging. After you finish, Reflectify’s AI extracts possible tasks and lets you edit, reorder or dismiss them. Nothing is a commitment unless you choose it.
Gentle prioritization. The Focus tab asks a softer question: what task fits the battery you have right now? It uses mood, energy and time of day to surface one clear “Now” task and a handful of “Next” actions. You can drag tasks between Now, Next and Later sections, and AI‑suggested tasks are clearly marked. When energy is low, it recommends easy wins like a two‑minute reply or prepping tomorrow’s first step.
Celebrate wins with a Done List. Reflectify flips the usual to‑do list dynamic by focusing on what you’ve already accomplished. The Done tab highlights every completed item with celebratory styling and invites you to add more wins manually, building momentum through positive reinforcement. There are no streaks or overdue badges; if you miss a day, the next open is calm and welcoming.
Mood & energy awareness. A built‑in Mood tab helps you log how you feel with a simple emoji selector and energy slider. A weekly trend chart shows patterns over time, and AI insights surface when your energy usually peaks so you can adjust your focus blocks accordingly. Reflectify uses this data to suggest tasks that fit your current capacity rather than pushing you toward the “most important” item when you’re depleted.
Decision matrix & tools. When you’re not sure what to tackle, the Tools tab provides a 2x2 decision matrix—Urgent, Easy Wins, Big Projects, Not Now—and a Recommended Focus bar that adapts to your urgency and energy. It’s a simple visual framework to break through decision paralysis.
Escape hatches for overwhelm. If you tap “I’m overwhelmed” from anywhere, Reflectify switches to grounding mode. Breathwork guides, cold‑water reminders, “step outside” timers and weighted‑blanket prompts give your nervous system space to reset. There’s also a Focus Mode that hides everything except one task and a breathing tool. When you’re ready, the app returns you to a single clear next option.
Offline‑first & sensory‑friendly. Core features like brain dumps, focusing and checking off tasks work without internet. Data syncs quietly in the background when a connection is available. The design uses soft colors, calm language and smooth animations to avoid sensory overload. AI suggestions are optional and user‑controlled.
