Why this project ?
A few months ago, I stood on the Normandy WW2 memorials. It was such a moving moment. But as I wanted to explore further, I realized how hard it was to trace what actually happened 82 years ago. The history was everywhere, but something was missing.
I built Pridianum to fix it.

In Ancient Rome, they believed remembering the virtues of those before us kept the flame of civilization alive. They called it Mos Maiorum, the way of the ancestors. I decided to revive that tradition. Pridianum is my attempt to honor those footsteps.
I spent 100 hours between maps, code and history archives. Most history is a "data soup", linear, overwhelming, and hard to follow. Unless you’re an expert, the tactical logic is lost in the noise. I wanted to build something for the rest of us.
Instead of a simple timeline, I rebuilt the Normandy campaign as Goal-Based Operations. By turning raw military records into structured, objective-driven missions, you can finally see the "Why" behind the "When." Hour-by-hour. Goal-by-goal.
