Focen runs silently in your menu bar and figures out when you're working, and after a customizable amount of activity in your work apps, it starts tracking a session automatically. When you drift to Instagram, YouTube, or a game, it gives you a grace period, then ends the tab and brings you back. If you've been working for 90 minutes straight, it urges and helps you to lock your screen for 5 minutes and makes you take a real break. Everything stays on your computer. You don't need to start anything yourself, it's just a dot in your menu bar that pays attention and does stuff so you don't have to.
