Sociano helps you use social media without falling into endless scrolling. Instead of deleting Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn or other apps completely, Sociano lets you keep the useful parts like DMs, posting, search, and videos while removing distracting feeds, Reels, Shorts, Explore pages, and recommendations inside a controlled browser.
It also includes optional iPhone app blocking and daily limits using Apple Screen Time APIs, so you can reduce distractions without going fully offline.
Built by an 18-year-old student who wanted to stop scrolling but still stay connected with friends.
