1stLine by Burava is a public preview tool for alert and incident management. It sits between alert producers and destinations, receives native JSON payloads, parses selected fields, and forwards alerts as-is or with configured transformations. Teams can use routing rules, escalation chains, escalation lines, users, teams, schedules, SMS, and voice calls to move alerts through a response path that matches their operating model. It also supports incident records for work that needs coordination, history, metrics, and markdown postmortems. The AI escalation feature is designed as an assistant owned by the customer: teams bring their own models, host the agent in their own environment, choose approved context and tools, and require responder approval before actions are taken. The product is positioned for teams that need alert routing, responder escalation, and incident tracking without per-user responder limits.
