About

meeting.to-go is a free group availability scheduler for finding a time that works across a group — without anyone creating an account. The organizer opens a link, paints the days and times they're proposing, and shares one link. Each participant opens it, marks when they're free, and the best common slots surface visually as people fill in.

The part most schedulers get wrong is time zones. Every participant sees and edits availability in their own zone, and the overlap is still computed correctly across all of them — so a call that's 9am in Vancouver and 6pm in Berlin lines up without anyone doing mental math. Slot sizes run from 15 minutes up to whole-day blocks, so it works for a quick standup or a multi-day trip. Optional view and edit passwords keep a meeting private. No accounts, no email, no ads, no tracking — it runs in the browser. Think When2meet, but time-zone aware and a lot cleaner.
