Write a standup, a meeting, a brain dump. Any line becomes a task with an owner, a tag, a due date, and a link back to where it came from. Those tasks show up on your boards and in your rollups on their own. When someone needs a status, you copy a rollup and send it. Proof, on demand.
It runs offline first. Your work lives on your machine and syncs when you are ready, not the other way around.
