Follow-up management makes sure nobody falls through the cracks: once you send an email, SendStreak tracks it and surfaces it again after a set delay so you follow up instead of letting it go cold, which is where most of the actual replies come from. Reply management connects to Gmail and automatically detects when someone responds, so you're not manually digging through your inbox to figure out who replied and who didn't.
