About
What is ProseID?
ProseID turns legal, regulatory and policy requirements into practical digital workflows. Legal and compliance experts define the questions, conditions, outcomes and evidence once. Teams can then apply that interpretation consistently through forms, guided assessments, determinations or compliance checklists.
Every completed Flow creates an auditable record tied to the exact schema version used.

FAQ
Do I need a subscription?
No. You can purchase top-up usage without subscribing. Subscriptions provide recurring monthly usage and additional bonuses.
Does ProseID interpret laws automatically?
No. A legal or compliance professional defines the interpretation. ProseID makes it reusable, consistent, versioned and auditable.
What happens when a schema changes?
Published versions remain fixed. Updates become new versions, while earlier records stay connected to the exact version originally used.
Can publishers earn money?
Verified publishers can add an optional fee to public schemas. They receive 70% of eligible publisher-fee revenue, while ProseID retains 30%.
Does ProseID sign records?
Respondents can add an optional typed-name electronic signature. ProseID records the ceremony but does not sign on their behalf.
Is ProseID legal advice?
No. ProseID provides infrastructure for publishing and applying legal or compliance interpretations. Users must assess whether a schema is suitable for their circumstances.
