Live city cameras have been sitting on YouTube for years. Shibuya. Heathrow. A street in Naha at 2am. Most people never actually sit with them. They feel like leftover internet.
I wanted a window, not another playlist. Something I could leave open while I work. Real weather. Real traffic. A city that isn't mine.
Lofi Window is that. Pick a live cam, put lofi on if you want it, and stay. There's a globe if you'd rather wander. Rain on the glass, VHS, or CRT if the feed looks too clean. A timer if you need one.
I started with Asakusa on New Year's, then walked outside in Thailand two hours later and did it again. Streams go down. That's other people's cameras. When one dies, we try to hand you another view of the same place.
