What it does -
WorkInPilot packs complete resume building, review, rewrite, coverletter generation, ATS job boards, RSS remote job feed, application tracking (including notes and previews) plus some limited premium features for deep job-match analysis and interactive cover letter construction purely from resume content. A resume 'dispatcher' works with user to set and remember document preferences before finalizing.

Who it’s for -
Anybody starting or furthering a career, but we made WorkInPilot specifically for underserved communities - to provide free, ai-driven, professional finish resumes, cover letters, document rewrites, job bank, and targeted job-matching to everyone regardless of ability to pay for advanced ai models. We are privacy-centric, and do not sell or share user data.
What’s currently holding back our growth -
We are currently in Beta, so we are limiting outreach efforts, and limiting app features like external email and document deletion. Probably the biggest obstacle to early adopters is providing a resume itself, which folks may not wish to share. We get that. New users can still "kick the tires" with a sample resume we provide at sign-up.
