Proofavo is an artwork approval tool for freelancers, small studios and print shops — the businesses that send proofs for sign-off every week and get the feedback back as three emails and a phone call.
Upload artwork (PDF, JPG, PNG, multi-page supported), send one review link, and the client pins comments directly on the artwork and approves. No account, no password, no app to install — it works on their phone. The approval locks to the exact immutable file, with a SHA-256 fingerprint on a downloadable record.
Pricing is a flat workspace price rather than per user: a free plan that runs the whole loop, and paid plans with unlimited people in the workspace. Reviewers are never charged and never take up a seat.
The demo is the actual product in a sandbox — both the studio dashboard and the customer's review page — with no sign-up.
