Westwood.AI Recall is a managed dental recall-calling service for UK practices. It works through an agreed patient list with personalised AI voice conversations, records each outcome, and returns booking requests or cases needing a person to the practice team. Practices register first, then Westwood configures the data, approved conversation, and assistant before a controlled go-live. The service starts at £150 per month, plus a £500 one-off setup fee and approximately 20p per call.
