A project usually isn't one video — it's a long cut, a few verticals, a teaser. They sit on one canvas here, side by side, and export together. Each project gets its own board.
Connect the AI you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, anything that takes connectors — and it works directly on the board: cutting, captions, color, sound, export. You can watch it work, take over at any point, or hand it the whole job. Every action it takes is a normal undo step.
On connect it also gets playbooks: what each format needs, how to find a hook, when not to cut, pacing, grade order, cutting to music, keeping captions readable on mute. Around a hundred of them, pulled as the job needs.
Each board holds its own notes — style, references, rules for that project. Same agent, different board, different instructions. What's written there stays on that board.
The timeline is linked to the transcript, so a model with no image input can still edit: it reads what was said, removes a line, the cut closes around it. A model that can't see can ask for frames described as text instead.
Footage stays on the device; nothing uploads, nothing trains a model.
Editing: multitrack timeline (main, overlays, audio, titles), cut by text, remove pauses, speed and slow-mo with ramps, snap and cut to the beat.
Captions and speech: on-device transcription, word-timed captions, translation into 9 languages, burn-in or SRT/VTT export, speech to text, AI voiceover in 31 languages.
Picture: AI Log → Color, color wheels, skin and background secondaries, film stocks, mist, diffusion, grain, depth of field, retouch, stabilize, camera tracking.
Sound: cleanup per take, level riding under speech.
