PlanSeats is the simple seating chart tool for weddings and events. Instead of wrestling with spreadsheets and paper diagrams, you drag and drop tables and guests onto a canvas that represents your actual room. Import your guest list from CSV, arrange round, banquet, and head tables, and see the whole event at a glance.
Seating charts are a team sport. PlanSeats lets you share your chart with collaborators, so a couple, their planner, and the venue can all work from the same live plan. On event day, guests scan a QR code to find their seat in seconds. You can import your venue's floor plan to plan against the real space, and print or export the finished chart as a polished PDF.
PlanSeats serves two audiences: couples planning their own wedding, and professional event planners who run galas, corporate events, mitzvahs, quinceaneras, birthdays, and showers on PlanSeats Pro. PlanSeats is built by Artygroup in Los Angeles.
