About

OmniMend is an agentic AI diagnostic system built for the devices people and technicians already work on. It gathers the evidence available from a device, connects the clues, explains the likely cause in plain language, and recommends the next useful step. Diagnosis stays read-only. If a supported repair is available, OmniMend explains the action, waits for the user's approval, and checks the relevant evidence again afterward.

The Windows app provides the complete supported local and connected-device workflow. It covers local Windows PC diagnosis and approved repair, supported USB diagnostics for iPhone and iPad, ADB diagnostics for Android, ChromeOS checks, and plan-dependent professional recovery and no-power workflows. The Apple Silicon Mac app provides native local Mac diagnostics. Devices, checks, repairs, and professional tools vary by host, hardware, and plan.

Security Vitals Beta is a separate Windows-only workspace for unusual behavior. It works alongside the PC's registered antivirus, filters ordinary activity locally, and sends a bounded, redacted summary to cloud AI only when local scoring finds a higher-risk pattern worth reviewing. It is designed to help investigate unfamiliar behavior, including patterns that can appear in emerging or zero-day attacks. It does not replace antivirus, promise perfect detection, or quarantine anything automatically. The user decides whether to trust, dismiss, investigate, or take a supported action.
