Drop the widget on your site. Your users report a bug and you get the console error, the browser, their last few clicks and a screenshot. Your coding agent reads the whole thing over MCP and starts fixing.
Most bug reports arrive as one sentence. It doesn't work. Then come two days of writing back: which browser, what did you click, can you send a screenshot, all before you can even reproduce it. UserWants ends that back and forth. Your user presses a button on your site, types what happened, and the report reaches you with the screenshot, the error the page threw, the browser they were on and the last few things they clicked, already attached. You read it once and you know where to look.
Bugs and ideas come through the same button, so the feature request someone kept meaning to email you finally arrives too. Everything lands in one inbox where you can see what is new, what you picked up and what you shipped. When you move a report forward, the person who reported it gets an email saying so, so the loop closes without you writing it. The button looks like the rest of your site, and its colour, position and wording change from your dashboard, not from your code.
The part that saves the most time comes after. Connect a project to your coding agent over MCP, in Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code or Zed, and it reads the whole report on its own: what the user said, the error, the steps they took, the screenshot.
