PolicyForge generates the legal policies a software product needs. That covers privacy policies, terms of service, cookie policies, refund policies, EULAs, DPAs and HIPAA business associate agreements. You answer a short guided questionnaire, PolicyForge drafts the policy, then hosts it at a stable URL or on your own domain and keeps it current.
What makes it different is the MCP server. Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf and ChatGPT can connect to PolicyForge and draft a privacy policy straight from your codebase. They can also audit what your app actually does against what the policy says, and flag drift when your stack changes. Audits and drift checks are free and unlimited.
Also included: a consent banner, a free cookie scanner, a DSAR intake form, translations into German, Spanish and French, policy analytics, and scheduled compliance monitoring (beta) that drafts an update for your review when regulations change.
