About
Every "how many realtors are there" article quotes NAR's membership figure, which counts association members, not working agents, and says nothing about your city. Realty Census counts what is actually visible: published brokerage profiles (and, in Michigan, the licence register), tallied on a fixed date. The September 2026 count is 493,140 agents, with a page for every state, 1,047 cities and 705 brokerages, and the method published on every page. Free, no signup, no ads.
