i built tracked. because i kept getting blindsided by renewals i forgot about. it's a free iOS app for tracking expenses and subscriptions, and it tries to flag a cheaper alternative before something renews instead of just telling you after the fact. there's also Penny, a small AI assistant in the app if you'd rather just ask it about your spending than dig through screens.

still small and still rough in places, but it's live and free on the App Store. also runs a free little directory (usetracked.com/submit) where other builders can list their own app if it's a genuinely cheaper alternative to something people already pay for
