Key Features
Agents draw on everything your Claude instance already understands about you, your Skills, Memory, and Projects. So when a lead needs qualifying, it happens through your own qualifying Skill, not some generic scoring formula.
A Flow escorts a lead, a ticket, or a deal through the entire sequence, not merely the next single step. It hops between apps, re-attempts anything that fails, and records exactly what took place, so success never hinges on someone remembering to double-check.
Logic gets set up a single time, using plain language. No visual builder to keep maintained, no node graph that has to match reality.
Hundreds of apps arrive pre-configured with working logic, and thousands of instant actions are ready to run across them. Any app exposing a public API can be added in short order.

The three modes
Assisted – you kick it off inside Claude. Upload a contact list, Claude scores it, a Flow builds out the deals, and an Agent enriches them.
Automated – a trigger fires and the work happens quietly in the background, whether or not you're at your desk.
Supervised – the process starts automatically, but you check and sign off before the final action ships.
