Kalendi is a productivity app that combines a calendar with a kanban board in one interface. It
lets you plan your days visually on a real calendar and manage the exact same items on a kanban
board, with repeating items that remember exactly where you left off instead of resetting on every
occurrence. Projects, priorities, statuses, and item types are all fully customizable rather than
fixed, and built-in real-time analytics show where work actually stands, by status and by project
— all inside a focused interface with a full set of keyboard shortcuts.
Kalendi offers unlimited projects and notes, built-in client management, and a unique
radial right-click quick-action menu (the Hotbox) for setting an item's status or priority without
opening a single menu. It also supports importing and exporting individual items as .ics calendar
files, and a sandboxed plug-in system for pulling external data (e.g. a daily weather forecast) in
as calendar items via a small JS script.
