Built for students and working adults, Kairos lets you set priorities, break larger tasks into sessions, plan recurring routines and keep work in order with dependencies. Set your available hours and break rules, then let Automatic mode adjust your plan—or choose when to reschedule in Manual mode.
The core planner is free, with no card required. It includes tasks, projects, Stopwatch and Pomodoro timers, time reports and cloud backup.
Pro adds read-only Google and Outlook calendar connections for US$5.99/month or US$49.99/year, plus applicable taxes. Your original calendar events stay unchanged. Pro is optional and has no free trial.
