Pick apps, whole categories like Games, or websites, then block them on a schedule that runs itself ("Sleep, 22:30 to 07:00") or right now with the Breaker: one hold blocks them for 15 minutes to a whole day, also from Control Center, a widget or Siri. Strict Mode sessions can't be ended early; other blocks ask for a breath, a wait or a typed sentence first. No account, and Circuit can't see which apps you block.
