What is Galactic Outreach?
Galactic Outreach is cold email software for anyone selling to local and small businesses. It finds businesses by industry and city, writes a personalised email to each one, and sends through
your own email provider, checking every email before it leaves.
How it works
Find leads: search for businesses by industry and city. Galactic reads their own websites and OpenStreetMap instead of selling you a contact database.
Write: each lead gets its own personalised email from your template.
Check: up to 29 checks run over the whole batch before anything is sent.
Send: through your own Resend, Amazon SES, Mailgun or SendGrid account, or your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailbox.

Built around the rules
Leads in countries that require opt-in before a first email (Germany, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands and Singapore) are held and never sent to. No setting overrides that.
Everyone contacted is logged, so nobody gets the same email twice. Anyone who unsubscribes or bounces is off the list for good.
Connected mailboxes are capped at 50 emails a day, so your sending reputation stays yours.
