About
Keegix is a digital welcome book for short-term rental hosts. Everything a guest asks at 11pm, like the wifi password, which bin goes out, how the thermostat works and where to park, lives on one link you send with your booking message. Guests open it in any phone browser, with no app and no account. Each section can carry a photo, so the fussy shower is obvious the first time. A letter-size QR sign prints for the door or the fridge, and because it points at the live page you can change the wifi password without reprinting anything. It deliberately doesn't do bookings, payments or calendar sync; it sits beside whatever you already use. Free for one property, no card needed. Pro is $9 CAD per property per month, and there's a $39 CAD done-for-you setup.
