About
Citizen Mirror is a free, private place to write down the thing you can't stop thinking about — and have something read it back to you clearly.
You pick the crossing you're standing in. There are twenty-four of them: becoming a parent, a divorce, a late diagnosis, coming home from prison, a promotion, menopause, burying someone, becoming a citizen, caring for a parent who no longer knows you. You write or speak for as long as you want. An AI reads it once and gives you three things back: what it heard, one pattern you might not have named yourself, and one question worth sitting with.
That is the whole product. No chat thread, no streak, no feed, no score, no account, and nothing to buy.
What it is not: nobody here is licensed, nothing is diagnosed, and none of it is treatment. It is a mirror, not a clinician. A crisis line sits on every page — 988 in the US, findahelpline.com everywhere else — visible before you type anything, rather than hidden behind a keyword detector.
Privacy is the design constraint, and it is stated plainly rather than advertised. We store nothing you say. Your words do travel to the model that reads them — a site that tells you otherwise is lying to you — but they are never written to a database, never attached to an account, and the person who built this has no way to read them. There is no admin screen. The full accounting is on the privacy page, concession first.
It answers in the language you write in, and takes dictation in sixteen.
Free. No account, no email, no card.
