About
Today's commits vs your push-ups.
ForcePush is a native Mac menu-bar app for developers who sit too long. It counts today's GitHub commits, you log your push-ups, and it shows which side is ahead. A timer reminds you to get up.
Features
The duel: today's commits against your logged push-ups on one scoreboard, plus the last 7 days, your win–loss record and streaks.
Full-screen breaks: at your chosen interval, a break takes over the screen until you log or skip the set.
Smart Pause: breaks wait while you're on a call, sharing your screen, in a fullscreen app or playing media.
Menu-bar control: a countdown in the menu bar, with one-click logging, undo, pause and "Break now".
Real GitHub numbers: connect read-only to include private contributions, or just enter a username.
Widget and share card: the duel on your desktop, and any day's result as an image.
Why it's worth it
It builds on a habit you already have. Every commit becomes a reason to do a set.
It stays out of your way. There is no Dock icon and no dashboard, and it never interrupts a call.
It's private. Your logs and history stay on your Mac.
