Faxend

Faxend lets you send a fax without a fax machine, from your browser at faxend.com or from the iPhone app. Upload a PDF or photo (or scan paper with your camera), enter the fax number and send. You get real-time status and a delivery confirmation, and failed faxes are not charged. Documents are encrypted and the service is HIPAA-compliant, so it works for IRS forms, medical records, legal paperwork and government offices. Send to 120+ countries. Pay once from $4.99, or pick a monthly plan if you fax often.
