About
Bilingual marketplace to hire local day laborers and trade workers. Post unlimited jobs, message workers, auto EN/ES chat. First month free, no card.
ChambaNOW is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketplace that connects hirers with local day laborers and skilled trade workers: contractors, landscapers, movers, property managers, and cleaning companies that need reliable help for a day, a week, or longer. Hirers post jobs in about two minutes, search available workers by skill, ZIP code and hourly rate, and message applicants directly. Every chat message auto-translates between English and Spanish. Workers set their own rates; there is no agency markup. Workers always use ChambaNOW free, and new hirers get their first month of Hirer Plus free with no credit card.
