Every job holds its own questions, candidates, scores, references and onboarding, so nothing lives in a notebook or an inbox. Type the role and Staffkin sets up a prescreen and an interview guide from a library of 357 questions across 16 skill areas and 78 common roles, each with a follow-up and a 1 to 5 scoring guide. Email a private prescreen link, interview with the guide on a phone, tablet or printed PDF, and compare candidates side by side. Reference checks are consent-first: one click asks the candidate to agree, then each referee gets the same short questions by email. After the hire, a Canadian onboarding checklist covers the right provincial TD1, direct deposit, safety orientation, WHMIS and 30, 60 and 90-day check-ins. AI drafts questions and scoring guides, but it never reads candidates' answers, never scores or ranks candidates and never suggests a hiring decision. Data is stored in Canada.
