Dear Arcana is an independent online tarot site where you can draw Rider–Waite–Smith tarot cards for free, ask a one-card yes-or-no question, and get an AI reading of the cards you drew.
Draw cards
Pick a spread of 1, 3, 4, 5 or 10 cards, including a Celtic Cross. Your browser shuffles the full 78-card deck (22 Major and 56 Minor Arcana) with a cryptographically secure random value and deals without repeats. You turn each card yourself, and cards can land upright or reversed. Drawing is free and unlimited, and you don't need an account.
Yes or No
Have a question that needs a yes or no? Draw one card. Upright leans yes, reversed leans no, and you get one short line on why. Signed-in users get one free answer per day.
AI Reading
Bring the cards you already drew to an AI reading. The AI reads only those cards, their positions and your question; it never draws for you. Choose one of four Readers with different voices (Lyra, Vera, Selene and Nova) and ask follow-up questions about the same reading. Signed-in users get one free AI reading per day with three follow-ups.
Why it's built this way
Most AI tarot apps let the model pick the cards and then explain them. Dear Arcana keeps the two apart: the draw happens in your browser and you turn the cards, and the AI only interprets what is on the table. The AI is clear about its limits: it is not a human psychic, and it is not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
Pricing
Drawing cards is always free. Plus costs $9.99 per month or $59.88 per year and includes unlimited AI readings and Yes/No answers within fair use, 8 follow-ups per reading, and every Reader and spread. If you'd rather not subscribe, one-time packs are available: $4.99 for 100 points or $12.99 for 300 points, and points never expire.
