CSVTools is a offline desktop app and command-lin tool for data files your file editors cannot open or if you have sensitive data you cannot upload to online converters.
It reads and writes CSV, JSON, XML and Excel in any combinations, and handles repeatable jobs: trim, deduplicate, keep or rename columns, fix types, filter rows, merge many files into one, or split one file into many by region, row count or size.
Files are never fully loaded into memory and are instead streamed row by row. A million rows go through five steps and a split in about 26 seconds, using a flat 53 MB of RAM.
Build job workflows by clicking in the visual editor that can be saved and reused whenever needed. You can run these workflows in the desktop app or through command-command line.
