About
Free Fax Desk (the app is called FaxDesk) is a free Windows program that turns a Phone.com internet fax line into a working fax desk on your PC. Incoming faxes appear on screen with the date and time, the sender's name once you have named the number, who owns the fax and whether it has been handled. Sending is a PDF, a number from the address book and a confirm; a cover page with your logo and your disclaimer goes on automatically.
Features:
· Fax Viewing: Shows incoming faxes right on your screen with arrival times.
· Sender Tracking: Lets you name numbers so you always know who sent the fax.
· Status Management: Keeps track of who owns each fax and whether it is finished.
· Easy Sending: Sends PDFs quickly by picking a contact and hitting confirm.
· Auto Cover Pages: Adds your company logo and legal disclaimer to faxes automatically.
· Address Book: Stores your contact numbers so you do not have to type them every time.
· PC Integration: Turns your computer into a full fax desk using your Phone.com line.
