SkillManual is a curated directory of Agent Skills for developers and AI tool users. Compare pinned source versions, cost information, and available review or test evidence before choosing a skill for your task. Entries are available in English and Chinese. Not every listed skill has been independently tested.

The site also includes a SKILL.md Validator that checks one file's structure and configured static risk patterns. It does not execute skills, inspect entire folders or ZIP files, or establish runtime safety and compatibility.

The directory and validator are free to use. Costs of running third-party skills depend on the agent, model, and external services involved.
