CareProof is for solo web designers and small studios who sell monthly care or hosting plans to local businesses like plumbers, electricians, roofers and cleaners. Clients rarely see the work behind a care plan, so they start asking what they're paying for. CareProof shows them.
Add a client site and write a short "What I did this month" note. The send day starts as the day you added the site, and you can change it. CareProof runs nine checks from the outside (is the site up, days left on the padlock and the domain, mobile speed, title and description, share image, icon, robots file and sitemap, business details for Google, and readable page text) and emails your client a plain-English report on the morning of that day (US time) every month. Need one sooner? "Send report now" sends it straight away. Client replies come to you. You can preview the report first. On Pro, reports carry your logo, brand colour and sender name.
There's also a free Website Health Grader with no sign-up. Paste any website address, your own or a client's, and get a 0 to 100 score with a result page you can share. It's handy for starting a care-plan conversation with a prospect.
There's no plugin and no logins to hand over, so it works the same on WordPress, Wix, Framer, Lovable and other builders. CareProof doesn't check backups, fix problems, or connect to Search Console or Analytics.
