EquiReason is an entire research department running as software, for anyone who does not have one of their own: thesis-driven investors, independent analysts and small teams. It answers two questions continuously. What is changing in the world, and which companies does it actually reach? And for every covered company: what is the verdict, what evidence supports it, and what evidence cuts against it? It reads primary sources directly: 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings, Form 4 insider transactions, 13F institutional holdings and XBRL financials from SEC EDGAR, alongside earnings transcripts, macro series and government contract awards. Exposure is measured against reported segment revenue when the company discloses it; otherwise the result is labelled as a proxy. Every conclusion carries its evidence and its source.
