FolderMD is a small, free Mac app that watches a folder and renders the long plans, reviews and design docs that Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other AI agents write, with real typography, syntax highlighting and Mermaid diagrams, instead of terminal scrollback. Includes a foldermd CLI and per-agent skills. No accounts, no telemetry, free during public beta.
