Dropped Kerb Check tells you whether your council is likely to approve a dropped kerb before you pay its assessment fee, which is usually non-refundable. Enter the depth and width of the front garden, the pavement, the distance to the nearest junction and any trees, street lights or bus stops nearby. The tool checks each figure against your council's published rules and the national ones, draws the driveway and the street in 3D, answers the planning permission question and estimates the cost from the published fees. All of that is free and runs in your browser, and it never asks for an address or postcode. Pro costs 19 USD once per property and adds the application pack: a scaled site plan, 3D views, the rule table, a photo checklist and a cover letter.
