Most website checks grade code. This one looks at what a customer meets when they try to reach a local business.

• Five common gaps, each marked "losing customers here" or "looks fine", with the line from your own site that led to it: missed calls, slow replies, searching for info, busywork, and admin instead of selling.

It reads your public website only. It is not connected to your phone, calendar or inbox, and it is not an SEO audit or a security scan.
We ran the same checks on 1,117 local business websites on 7 and 8 October 2026. The typical business is closed 118 hours a week, 54% offer no WhatsApp and no chat on the home page, and the median score is 29 out of 100.
