About

MyoGo helps families turn recommended myofunctional exercises into something kids can follow and practice at home.

It's built for parents learning about things like tongue resting position, tongue thrust and mouth breathing, and looking for a practical way to support exercises recommended for their child.

Kids copy real-person demonstrations with the front camera as a mirror and live feedback on supported movements. Then those movements become the game controls, so kids can have fun while building a healthy practice habit. Activities cover tongue placement, tongue, lip and cheek movements, and nasal breathing. Parents can check practice history and set reminders.

I started MyoGo after seeing parents unsure what myofunctional therapy was or how it could help. I wanted to give families a clearer, more engaging way to handle home practice, with their child's dentist or therapist guiding which activities are appropriate.

Available now for iPhone and iPad.
