MemeMixr

MemeMixr is a free web tool for making personalized meme GIFs. Pick one of 134 animated templates, from the Carlton Dance to Dr. Evil and Ace Ventura, then upload a photo. The Detect Faces step finds the face and places it on the template automatically, with no manual cropping. You get an animated GIF to download plus a share link for group chats and social posts. There's no account or signup, and it runs in the browser.
