About

EmailStitch is a workspace for teams that produce HTML email. A developer builds the template, a copywriter fixes the text, translations come in from a spreadsheet, someone reviews it, and the finished email goes to your ESP. All of that happens on the same template.

How it works

Build: write the HTML in a code editor or put the email together on a drag-and-drop canvas from your own modules. Brand colors, fonts and layout are tokens, so a rebrand is one change in the palette.

Localize: every language is a version of the same template. Import translations from Excel or CSV, give each language its own subject line, and let links switch to the right path per language. Copy edits happen in the preview, without touching the layout.

Review: compile runs automatic checks on every language version. It flags dead links, a missing unsubscribe tag for your ESP, leftover merge tags, greetings that render as "Hi ,", text in the wrong language, empty translations and emails large enough to get clipped in Gmail. Simple fixes, like a missing lang attribute or alt text, are one click. Teammates leave comments pinned to the preview and sign off on subject lines, legal text and layout.

Publish: push the compiled email to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or Omnisend, download a ZIP with one HTML file per language, or share a preview link that stakeholders can open and comment on without an account.

Who it's for

Email developers, marketing and CRM teams, and agencies that send the same campaign in more than one language and are tired of keeping separate files in sync.
